Natasha Volk
Natalia Kubrakova working under the artistic pseudonym Natasha Volk
I am an Art & Creative Director, Photographer, and AI Creator.
I have been working professionally in the photography industry since 2011.
Currently based in Frankfurt am Main, I operate across the European market.

My professional foundation was formed in Ukraine, where for over 12 years I developed Studio1 — a large rental photography studio complex in central Kyiv — and founded Modern Photo School. During this time, I realized large-scale commercial, editorial, and artistic projects, built structured workflows for brands and creative teams, and created original educational programs. More than 2000 students completed my programs.

Today, I specialize in visual solutions for the premium and editorial segments: jewelry brands, beauty and perfume, fashion, concept-driven product, and magazine projects.
I work as both an Art Director and a Photographer. I develop concepts based on brand objectives or editorial narratives, shape the visual language of each project, construct lighting dramaturgy, create hyper-realistic AI models and visuals, and maintain artistic control over the final result.
I take full strategic and visual responsibility for the outcome.

Editorial & Magazine Work:
Editorial photography is one of the core directions of my practice.
I create fashion, beauty, and concept-driven visual stories for magazines and cultural platforms, with a strong focus on jewelry projects, beauty-jewelry, and premium product editorials.
In my work, I combine art direction and experimental studio lighting, developing visual solutions in which the product is organically integrated into a strong artistic narrative.
I develop editorial concepts that elevate product presence while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic suitable for both print and digital publications. My work has been published in international magazines including Vogue, Elle, Marie Clair, Esquire, Forbes, Schön!, HUF, Kaltblut and others.
I am open to collaborating with local and international magazines, creative publishers, and cultural media platforms.

How I Can Be Valuable to Brands and Agencies:
— build a cohesive visual language for a campaign
— eliminate fragmentation between concept, production, and post-production
— optimize budgets without compromising quality by implementing hyper-realistic AI production
— provide full artistic supervision at the level of art direction
— develop and execute concepts through photography, hybrid, or fully AI-driven visual solutions
I work directly with brands, production companies, and creative teams. I am open to long-term collaboration, representation, and new professional connections.

Alongside commercial and editorial projects, I continue developing my artistic practice through authorial series and interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of photography, technology, and identity. I participate in exhibitions and international competitions and apply for grants and residencies.

As the founder of a photography school and author of the programs:
  • “From Artisan to Creator,”
  • “Guru of Light,”
  • “From Vision to Visual: Creating Meaning Through Worlds,”
I conduct masterclasses and lectures on studio lighting, visual thinking, and portfolio strategy. I also provide individual mentoring and professional consultations.

I am open to collaboration and would be glad to contribute to your next project.
